Terms and conditions
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These terms govern your use of Haai (haai.us). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Using the site
You may read, share and link to our pages for personal and business purposes. You agree not to misuse the site. That means no attempts to break into our systems, overload the server, scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for others, send malicious code, or use our contact form for spam. We may block access for anyone who does.
Our content
Articles, page copy, design and the Haai name are owned by Haai or used with permission and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may quote short passages with a link back to the original page. You may not republish full articles, sell our content or present it as your own without written permission.
Content from others
Headlines in our wire and feed boxes belong to their publishers and link to their sites. Trademarks and product names mentioned in our coverage belong to their owners. Mentioning a product isn't an endorsement unless we say so.
Submissions
If you send us a correction, tip or guest post pitch, you confirm you have the right to share it. We may use the ideas in our coverage. If we publish a guest piece, we'll agree on the terms with you first.
No professional advice
Haai publishes general information about AI tools and workflows. It isn't legal, financial, security, compliance or other professional advice, and it doesn't create any professional relationship. AI tools change often, and output from them can be wrong. Check vendor terms and get qualified advice before relying on any tool for decisions that matter.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep information accurate and current but don't promise that every page is complete, error-free or up to date, or that the site will always be available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Haai and its contributors aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Where liability can't be excluded, it's limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
Links to other sites
We link to sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in South Carolina.
